DENTAL RECEPTIONIST – MIDTOWN TORONTO

Cameron Orthodontics has a P/T opening (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday) for a talented and highly motivated professional with a passion for orthodontics. A minimum of 2 years dental working experience is required. We are searching for a warm, energetic, professional with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. The ideal candidate works well with patients and parents to create motivation for treatment, and excels in providing information pertaining to orthodontics in a confident and friendly manner. Experience in orthodontics is an asset. Proficiency in the English language is required for both written and verbal communication.

The position offered includes but is not limited to the following scope of responsibilities: working independently and alongside the orthodontist in a key role overseeing the new patient experience, welcoming patients in a warm and personalized manner, handling phone calls, managing recalls, scheduling and filling appointments, managing accounts receivable, processing insurance forms, typing letters, general administration, and conveying great team spirit.
