We are currently partnering with an excellent professional services business based in London who are recruiting for a new position within their HR Team, as a Recruitment Associate.
Due to continued growth, the business is looking for someone who can focus on new hires for the company.
The role will include:
Liaising with managers on vacancies and assisting with creating job profiles
Ensure roles advertised with agencies as well as internally and on company website and social media channels
Managing relationships with agencies during full recruitment cycle
Updating records and ensuring stakeholders are kept up to date throughout process
Screening of CVs and interviewing candidates where necessary
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
Providing advice and guidance to managers when needed
Ensuring right to work checks are completed and legislation is adhered to
Maintaining recruitment policy and process documentation
Assisting HR team as and when needed
Key skills:
Previous recruitment experience
Well organised and process driven
Confident and enthuasiastic
On offer:
Salary of up to £45k dependent on experience
