This BA role will be focused on mapping out current roles and responsibilities from leads processing through to ultimate enrollment. As our client has evolved, the tasks and responsibilities cross over several areas and they need to gain clarity on the tasks and hand-offs among the various stakeholders.

This is intended to be a focused project of mapping out “who does what when and what does that affect,” so they aren’t looking for the process-level detail or specifics. But they also aren’t looking for this to be so high-level that they lose the texture of what is happening either.

Our client would prefer a candidate that comes with a strong admissions background, to also make recommendations in terms of those places that may need clarification or attention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in admissions and working in Slate.
