JOB OBJECTIVES
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the departments overall operational functions and focuses on improving the entire organization to deliver quality services to customers. Job duties includes interpreting financial data, monitoring expenses, reviewing and delivering budget, profit and loss, guiding the team, make strategic decisions on what customers require and formulation of policies and strategies for the effective and efficient service delivery to support company goals and objectives.The position is also responsible for providing technical and administrative support to other ESG group, namely home services, onsite phlebotomy services, and MyHealth hub.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Oversees the departments day to day operational functions and delivery of excellent quality healthcare service to corporate clients.
2. Recommend, develop and update strategic long-range plans to support MyHealth vision and goals.
4. Set and manage operational budgets and performance targets and establish areas of cost reduction and improved efficiency.
6. Ensures the provision of affordable healthcare services by the utilization and organization of resources (human, financial and physical).
7. Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies governing healthcare delivery and the rules of accrediting bodies (if any). Continually monitors operations programs and physical properties. Initiate appropriate changes.
8. Directs and supervises all clinic management activities through the Operations Officer, Cluster Supervisors and staff. Provide coach and advice on a regular basis.
9. Establish objectives and measurements related to staffing and performance standards, job classification and descriptions, as well as compliance with the government regulations.
10. Works with internal and external leaders in areas affecting clinic operations.
11. Maintains professional affiliations and enhances professional growth and development to keep current in the latest trends in clinic administration.
12. Participate in capacity building activities on safety and health and other OSH related topics and programs
13. Proper use of all safeguards and safety devices furnished for workers’ protection and that of others
14. Comply with Instructions to prevent accidents or imminent danger situations in the workplace
15. Observed prescribed steps to be taken in cases of emergency including participation in the conduct of national or local disaster drill
16. to their immediate supervisor or any other responsible safety and health personnel any work hazard that may be discovered in the workplace
General Competencies:
Self-starter, creative with critical thinking and decision-making abilities
Technical Skills:
Knowledge in basic computer, i.e., MS Applications
Occupational health and safety
Strong working knowledge of employment legislation for temporary workers
Educational Attainment
Graduate of any allied medical course.
Work Experience & Duration Requirements
At least 5 years of executive level and administration experience preferably gained from the same industry or in a healthcare institution.
Basic Training Requirements
Occupational Health Safety 8-hour mandated OSH training
Licensure Requirements
Preferably Board Passer
