We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Assistant to join our HR team at CPFT. Working as part of the Operational HR Team, you will support the team as the first point of contact in signposting and advising Trust managers in meeting their legal employment obligations, whilst monitoring and identifying workforce data to be managed in line with HR policies and procedures.
We are open to applications from candidates looking for full or part-time hours. This role can be based in either Cambridge (Fulbourn) or Peterborough and the current expectation is that the team attend the office once a week whilst working from home for the remaining hours.

You will provide advice and support to Managers across the Trust via our internal HR advice line and analyse workforce statistics to produce reports on a regular basis.
You will also be responsible for assisting the Operational HR team to deliver training to our employees on a variety of topics as well as ensuring our staff records are up to date and assisting with employee relations investigations.
We are looking for someone with excellent administration skills who has worked in an environment where confidentiality is understood and respected. The ideal candidate will have a desire to work in an HR team and this role could provide a stepping stone into a career in this area. This role will be working with a wide range of people across the Trust, and therefore excellent communication skills are required, along with ability to prioritise and organise your workload to ensure deadlines and service requirements are met.
