Cambridge Regional College are currently looking for a Director of Student Experience – Maternity Cover to join us based across our Campuses in Cambridge and Huntingdon.

You will join us on a full time, fixed term basis until 31st December 2023 and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum plus benefits.

About the Director of Student Experience role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced further education leader to oversee the leadership and management of the Student Support Services department on an interim basis to cover maternity leave.

Key areas of responsibility of our Director of Student Experience will include:

• Careers, IAG and Personal Guidance (including acting as the College’s Careers Leader)

• Welfare and wellbeing support including Counselling and Mental Health

• Bursary and financial support

• Campus behaviour and safety

• Safeguarding and Child Protection

• School Transition Support

• Looked After Children, Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children and Care Leavers

• PD Coaches and Personal Development Programmes

• Cross college and centralised Enrichment

• Student Voice & Students’ Union

• Attendance Monitoring

• Student catering facilities

You will have leadership responsibility for a wide range of student-facing services, including key personal development and welfare services.
