Cambridge Primary Education Trust Hiring for Training Coordinator Job at Cambridge, East of England, England Full Time

This is a permanent, part-time position, up to 37 hours per week

Term-time plus 2 weeks during school holidays (40 weeks per year)

Responsible to: Teaching School Hub Lead

We currently have a vacancy for a training coordinator to support the work of the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Teaching School Hub which was awarded to Histon & Impington Brook Primary School in 2021. You will be required to co-ordinate the training programmes provided by the Hub. This will include all aspects from supporting recruitment, planning, delivery (supporting online sessions, for example) and evaluation reporting of the programmes. Other functions will include invoicing and financial tracking.

The role will be highly customer focused, involving distributing promotional materials via websites, newsletters, emails and social media campaigns across the region. You will be the first point of contact for all enquiries and requests regarding the Hub. The role will be an exciting and demanding one as you will play an instrumental role in the day-to-day running of the Teaching School Hub. The capacity to be flexible and adaptable would be highly valued. You will be supported in your role by the Leader of the Teaching School Hub and administrator. The role will be based within the Meridian Trust at Trumpington Park Primary School and will include some travel within the county and remote working.
