Job Overview:
Learning A-Z is looking to add an experienced, strategic and collaborative Senior Manager to the Account Based Marketing team. This newly created position will be instrumental in hitting goals driving the growth of our company. This role will partner closely with Account Executives and Sales leadership to identify and implement high impact marketing and field plans that support account renewal, expansion, and acquisition using Account Based Marketing methods and strategies.
Within the Marketing team, the Senior Manager will run a team of three Account Based Marketers while collaborating with other teams within the broader Marketing organization.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue targets by serving as both the head of a talented team of Account Based Marketers and as a dedicated marketing strategist for Sales leaders and Account Executives in the field
  • Execute marketing plans based on critical revenue growth and funding opportunities
  • Partner with a variety of internal stakeholders in the business to execute and on plans
  • Develop actionable pipeline insights by examining intent data and territory insights provided by sales leadership
  • Serve as a credible advisor to sales leadership by ensuring adequate pipeline coverage, providing regular data driven marketing updates and surfacing sub-regional needs to broader marketing organization
  • Evaluate marketing performance to review week-over-week performance to inform marketing strategy and drive desired behavior with the field sales team
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of relevant Account Based Marketing or relevant field/pipeline marketing experience
  • Experience planning and executing many complex marketing programs with cross-functional stakeholders, working closely with field sales team
  • Experience delivering against measurable marketing metrics
  • 2+ years of prior management experience or equivalent relative experience
  • Experience working in Edtech or SaaS organizations preferred
  • Fluent in Digital Marketing strategies and familiarity with marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, 6Sense or similar) and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness desired
  • Familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce.com or similar) preferred
  • Ability to use insights and data to inform strategies, improve results and drive innovation preferred
  • Ability to translate business goals into creative, impactful marketing programs preferred
  • Certification or requisite experience in implementing Account Based Marketing strategies to drive key account growth preferred
  • Solid presentation skills with an ability to tailor communications to a range of audiences
  • Excellent problem-solving, strategic, and analytical skills
