About the role
The HR Coordinator Calvary Internal Talent is a unique position that will work across recruitment (partly external however primarily internally within Calvary), have some involvement with generalist HR and additionally will work on a range of strategic HR projects, programs and services.
This role will assist to oversee and manage internal mobility of talent across Calvary, and will work in the transactional recruitment space to partner with stakeholders to ensure that end-to-end recruitment and onboarding is in accordance to legislation, award and Calvary’s policies and procedures. In a project sense, working with key stakeholders, the HR Coordinator Calvary Talent will assist to ensure the smooth and efficient operation and progression of projects to completion.
What you bring
Qualification in a Human Resources or related field or studying towards a relevant qualification
In-house experience in recruitment and selection, ideally within a health or related sector
Demonstrated experience in working with people systems
Must have a clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle and on boarding processes, including drafting of employment contracts
Demonstrated experience headhunting potential candidates and sourcing resumes from various job boards
Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and analysis
A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
