About the role

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing safe, effective and appropriate patient care in a patient-focused environment. Provide key information about the role. Include key information that a candidate would want to know including location/service name. Max 3 sentences.

Key Responsibilities

Planning implementing and evaluating the staff development for nursing staff of the hospital

Provide Formal and Informal education including workshops, in-services and at the shoulder support

Work with the clinical leadership teams to identify areas of development for the surgical wards

AHPRA Registration

Passionate Orthopaedic Surgical Ward nurse with a ‘Can Do’ attitude

Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity

Demonstrated, leadership, communication, interpersonal and education skills

A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
