What you’ll do as a Recruiting and Sourcing Specialist:
Proactively source passive candidates via data mining, phone sourcing, social media, and other inventive methods.
Assist the HR Department with meeting the goals set by the HR manager for a minimum number of candidates in CalTech’s ATS.
Maintain candidate databases in CalTech’s CRM and ATS.
Send event campaigns through various methods.
Process texting application leads.
Communicate regularly with the HR Manager and HR Recruiters regarding scheduling, candidate pool status, and other information as needed.
Utilize CalTech’s CRM and other applicable avenues to keep passive candidates engaged.
Achieve sustained performance according to agreed-upon metrics and KPIs.
Assist in maintaining and updating processes to ensure quality candidate experiences.
What skills you’ll need:
Ability to promote CalTech’s culture and values required.
Flexible work schedule required.
Recruiting experience is a plus.
Must have experience or ability to source and identify candidates through numerous sourcing avenues such as Facebook, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word and Excel.
Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork required.
Must be able to collect and interpret data from multiple sources skillfully.
Experience with CRM platforms preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information required.
Must have exceptionally strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Working Conditions
This position involves in-office work and travel for recruiting events, relationship development, training, and team meetings. Some after-business hours will be required, as well as the use of a personal vehicle for job-related travel with mileage reimbursement.
