CallSource Hiring for vBDC Account Manager Full Time

Basic Function

This is a full-time position, remote work from home

CallSource is searching for a dedicated Account Manager to serve and manage clients who are using our virtual Business Development Center (vBDC) line of products. The role also acts as a partner to internal teams to focus on product adoption and retention. Essential functions of the role include leadership, planning and coordination, communication, administration, business analytics, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

The following duties and responsibilities represent the essential functions of the job. A staff member may be required to perform additional duties.

• Maintain CallSource relationship with assigned book clients
• Manage timelines of product implementation, monitoring progress and ing progress to upper management.
• Aid operations manager in hiring process by vetting candidates for the BDC agent team
• Assist in the production and delivery and vBDC analytics using system data
• Meet retention goals of existing book of business
• Become the reliable point of contact for each client, defining success plans with key deliverables and ensuring clear communication with decision makers
• Leverage business relationships for additional dealer acquisitions and referrals
• Help clients to better understand the full potential of our products
• Be responsible for collaborating with different departments to improve client support programs and enhance client satisfaction
• Increase revenue growth by inspiring clients to upgrade or enhance products and services
• Deliver on an exceptional client experience through proactive communication, orchestrating the right internal resources, and effectively establish, track and evolve the client’s business goals
• Study competition to find new ways to retain clients
• Perform ad-hoc support of client’s or sales team’s inquiries and analysis requests

Education/Training

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience & Requirements

• Prior customer service experience in a role requiring extensive customer interaction
• Prior experience in the automotive industry preferred, but not required
• Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team setting
• Proven ability and knowledge of computers, applications and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
