Calleo Hiring for Technical Writer at Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia Full Time

The Technical Writer will plan, develop, organise and write system design documents, standard operating procedures and manuals, research, develop and write technical design specifications, develop written or visual product/process/technical documentation, business process maps, and user manuals as well as quality assurance of documents to maintain continuity of style of content.

The Technical Writer will also write complex technical subject matter for a range of stakeholders, including non-technical or executive staff and manage updates and revisions to technical documents, procedures and manuals.

To be successful in this role, candidates must have 5+ years’ working in a similar role within Federal Government as well as Agile / DevOps / Scrum experience and demonstrated experience and an understanding of information technology and cyber security.

Candidates who are SAFe® Practitioner certified will be highly regarded.

The successful candidate will be available to work for the contract period and must be a current Australian Citizen and hold a current AGSVA Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a Negative Vetting 2 Security Clearance.
