Calleo Hiring for Logistics Officer at Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia Full Time
Our client is seeking an experienced Logistics Officer to join their team who will be responsible for:
- The management of multiple logistical tasks such as maintenance schedules, transport, stocktakes and the management of Supply Customer Accounts (SCA) including transfers and receipts.
- Fleet management of systems including the coordination of updates and upgrades of tablets, laptops and various multi-functional systems that provide essential capability to the ADF.
- Using the MILIS system for management of logistic tasks.
- Attendance at contract meetings and preparation and distribution of agendas and minutes.
- Assisting with the preparation of s.
- Occasional travel to assist Field Engineers and to conduct stocktakes at various locations.
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have:
- Recent military logistics experience using MILIS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Teams.
- A strong work ethic and “can do” attitude.
A current NV1 Security Clearance is essential for this position
