Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound customer calls

Explain company products/services clearly to customers

Resolve customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups

Maintain accurate call records and customer details

Achieve daily and monthly call targets

Provide excellent customer service and build customer trust

Job Requirements

Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate

Good verbal communication skills ( Hindi / Marathi)

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to work in a team

Freshers are welcome (training provided)
