By using Calimero private shards, among other things, users can enhance applications by interoperating with open source protocols and applications, from DeFi to NFTs. Users can hold and manage public assets and move them between private shards and other public chains seamlessly.

As a Senior Software Engineer – Apps, you will work with Apps team and collaborate with designers, other engineering teams and stakeholders to provide the best user experience.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated with high sense of ownership, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products in Web3 space.

As a Senior Software Engineer – Apps you will:

• Execute full software development life cycle
• Write well-designed and testable code
• Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
• Collaborate with designers, other engineering teams and stakeholders to provide the best user experience
• Contribute and maintain open source tools and examples
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
• Run experiments and evaluate user feedback
• Comply with project plans and industry standards
• Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• 2+ years of experience building full stack web applications
• Enthusiastic about web3 technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with microservices, NextJS, Typescript and GraphQL
• Experience with designing architectures incorporating security best practices.
• Experience contributing to open-source projects
• Experience building in web3
