California Midwest Xpress, a small transportation and logistics company, is looking for a Part Time Bookkeeper. Responsibilities include:

  • Accounts Receivable – enter payment information into Quickbooks.
  • Accounts Payable – enter vendor invoices & credit cards into Quickbooks.
  • Miscellaneous bookkeeping duties to prepare for preparation of tax and financial reports.

This is a part time position, 10 hrs per week to start, with flexible hours and work days.

Pay: Up to $25 per hour depending on experience

Work Location: Buda TX, mask optional

Education: High School or equivalent

Experience: 2 years bookkeeping and Quickbooks experience preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour

Physical Setting:

  • Office

COVID-19 considerations:
Encourage vaccination but it is voluntary (all EE’s currently vaccinated), mask is optional

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Bookkeeping: 2 years (Preferred)
