California Efficiency Group is a privately-held and family operated solar installer located in DT Los Angeles. We’re currently looking for someone who is organized and self-motivated to join our team as a Recruiter!

What does the role look like?

  • Greeting potential candidates and being the first point of contact for the company
  • Screening candidates and conducting Zoom interviews
  • Creating job offer letter and assisting with on boarding process
  • Minimal administrative work, filing, data entry

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience specifically conducting interviews
  • Intermediate/advanced competency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Professional image and demeanor, strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Outstanding work ethic, can learn quickly
  • Independent self-starter

Priority will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Immediate availability
  • Post-secondary education
  • Reference letters from previous employers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
