Calibre Search Looking for CAD Technician – Civil and Flood Risk – Contract and Permanent at Haywards Heath, West Sussex Full Time

Do you have experience with 2D and 3D CAD? Can you use Civils 3D? Are you looking to develop your career within an exciting environmental company?

To meet our clients growing business needs and future development aspirations, we are looking for a CAD Technician, ideally with experience with Civils3D, Revit and 3D CAD. The successful applicant will be based in their office in Haywwards Heath and will work on technical design work on a range of civil engineering projects within the flood defence, rail and built environment sector.

They are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced CAD/Graphical Technician with a professional attitude for immediate start to work primarily on flood risk management projects. Candidates will report to a Senior Engineer and will assist with the delivery of a range of engineering and environmental improvement projects, including options appraisal, concept design and detailed scheme design.

Working with their established team of Engineers and Technicians, you will be responsible for the production and supervision of coordinated 3D models using CAD and Revit. You will produce detailed 2D CAD general assemblies and as part of your role, help mentor more junior CAD staff in the use of Revit and CAD. It is essential for this role that you are competent with Civls3D.

This role can be contract or permanent.
