SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

Calibre Recruitment Solutions is pleased to be partnering our client in recruiting for a Software Engineer on a permanent and full time basis. The role is fantastic for someone who has experience developing new software products and maintenance of existing software products.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER ROLE:

• Engineering and developing new software products for the company

• Contributing to the team in ways of software development

• Run appropriate tools to resolve known issues

• Provide solutions and resolutions

• Code generation – manage all aspects of this as well as associated documentation

EXPERIENCE OF SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER:

• Ms Visual Studio/ MFC in C++

• Software development/ engineering experience

• Ability to communicate really effectively – this is a small team so they require someone who can contribute

• Knowledge of MS Office

• Embedded RTOS/ Micro-controller firmware experience is really advantageous

• Mechanical, optical and electronics experience is really advantageous

• Qualification – IT / Engineering quals
