About the Role:

An integral component to ensuring high quality human capital within CALIBRE, in this role you will act as a primary member who facilitates the acquiring and onboarding of exceptional candidates for (majorly) Retail roles, but additionally, Head Office roles. Demonstrating exceptional growth throughout the pandemic, CALIBRE’s continual propensity to develop makes this fast-paced role an exciting venture in innovate practice, aiming to improve the quality and quantity of people we attract and hire, as well as streamlining candidate’s initial orientation upon onboarding.

Different from an Agency approach, at CALIBRE, we emphasise the importance of longevity in our retail team, and so this role offers the ability to observe the progression and development of hired individuals, as you will conduct both check-ins and staff appraisals to understand and elevate team member’s well-being throughout the organisation. This role offers an eclectic blend of independent and team oriented work.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Improving external labour market branding to facilitate an increase in volume of applicants
• Headhunt and poach individuals through varying methodologies to ensure an efficient and quick hiring process
• Ensure accuracy in the selection of high quality candidates
• Collaborate with the Senior Retail Team to refine our induction and onboarding process
• Conduct staff appraisals to ensure our team are set up for success and happy in their working environment
• Review HR policies and procedures
• Act as an ambassador for CALIBRE, an essential
