Title: Experienced Sales Closer
Location: Vancouver BC and surrounding areas
Salary: Commission based 10-20%, paid monthly + Bi-annual bonuses
We are looking for an experienced Sales Closer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for closing deals and generating revenue by working with qualified leads and converting them into customers.
Responsibilities:
Attend qualified prospect meetings which have been set by our appointment setters.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with qualified leads and potential customers.
Conduct sales calls and product demonstrations to potential customers.
Negotiate and close deals with potential customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful onboarding of new customers.
Use our CRM system to manage leads and track performance.
Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to help refine the sales process and drive performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Closer or a similar role
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with potential customers
Experience using sales tools such as a CRM system
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
