We are seeking an Independent Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team remotely. The primary role of this position is to manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes for our clients.
As an independent specialist, you will collaborate with various companies or clients to identify, attract, and recruit top-tier candidates.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with clients to understand their unique talent needs and craft recruitment strategies accordingly.
Source potential candidates using a variety of channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates qualifications.
Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact through onboarding.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Provide guidance to clients on best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in recruiting for diverse industries.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Additional certifications or training in HR or talent acquisition.
Key Competencies :
Strong negotiation and networking skills.
Ability to adapt to different client needs and industries.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.”
