Caliber Paint & Body is Looking for Receptionist/Customer Service Full Time

A chain of locally owned Auto Body Repair Facilities in Central Alberta is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist with the day-to-day operations of a busy collision repair facility. We are a customer service-driven, detail-oriented, innovative company that creates opportunities for individuals to grow and contribute to the expansion of our brand. We are looking for professional people to join our team and help us achieve our goals.

The Customer Service Representative opportunities are located at our Caliber Paint & Body Facility (110, 7320B Johnstone Drive).

The Role:

• Assist the Location Manager in the day-to-day operations
• Complete and submit repair orders for invoicing to Insurance Companies
• Assist Customers with navigating insurance claims
• Assist in Accounts Payable/Receivable

To be successful in this role the candidate will:

• Have exceptional communication skills; including the ability to listen and be clear, tactful, sensitive, and persuasive when interacting with customers, peers, and stakeholders.
• Be results-driven with exceptional organizational and execution skills
• Have the ability to work independently or as part of a team; manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Experience in the Auto Body Industry is an advantage but not a requirement
• Willing to train the right candidate
