Position Summary
Reporting to the Director, Public Safety & Environment, the Manager, Park Access provides leadership and operational guidance to the parking and arrivals teams. This role provides leadership to a large employee base and is responsible for the successful planning and execution of daily operations, as well as the customer experience and financial impact of these services.
