Calgary Home Physiotherapy is Looking For Virtual Receptionist at Remote Full Time

Calgary Home Physiotherapy is looking for a reliable Virtual Receptionist to join our team to help deliver mobile, expert care to Calgarians.

The ideal candidate is experienced in customer service and knowledgeable in basic medical terminology. Your own computer and phone with internet and service are required for this position.

The successful candidate will be working as a contractor. Compensation is a monthly rate of $300, with a target volume of 60 calls, and subject to increase based on workload. This position is a great fit for someone looking to supplement a primary job or work from home with a few additional hours of work per week. The estimated actual work time is 4 hours a week, but you must be reasonably available to answer calls at any time during business hours.

Your duties will include:

• answering phone calls
• booking and changing appointments
• communicating with staff about appointments and schedule changes
• calling clients who have made an online booking request
• other administrative duties as needed
