We are seeking someone to join our team in San Rafael, CA as a Digital Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with internal marketing teams and external agencies to support all campaigns in Vionic’s paid digital marketing channels. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, time management skills, and an enthusiasm in using both creative and data-driven thinking to exceed digital marketing performance goals.
Responsibilities:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:
- Support the management of day-to-day digital marketing channels including but not limited to: Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, CTV, Podcasts and Affiliates.
- Maintain schedule for advertising creative development, meeting or exceeding on-time delivery of briefs and assets.
- Keep a tight pulse on paid channel performance through keen understanding of ing platforms and spreadsheets.
- Perform data entry and assist with strategy for budgeting and invoicing of all paid digital channels.
- Share paid digital marketing program results to broader ecommerce and marketing teams.

Qualifications:
We seek people with these qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in digital marketing required.
- Detail oriented with excellent organization, project/time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical, written, and communication skills.
- This position has a compensation range of $64,480 – $80,000. Please note that the salary provided is a good faith estimate for the position. The final compensation offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, which include a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
