We are seeking someone to join our Brand Portfolio team in St. Louis as a Costing Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with various departments to develop processes and financial analyses to drive profitable growth. Strong attention to detail, ambitious and being able to prioritize are important attributes for this person to have.

Responsibilities

As a Costing Specialist, you will: 

• Manage and maintain pricing tools by working closely with the merchandising, sales, demand, and product development to improve pricing processes.
• Manage wholesale price changes.
• Review pricing/costing by gender and category rather than by tier to ensure consistency in pricing on constructions/patterns.
• Perform complex analyses manipulating large data sets to create thoughtful, robust business recommendations.
• Supervise prices and drops/adds of patterns/materials through line sheets during season.
• Perform ad hoc analyses as requested for costing related initiatives.
• Review existing pricing/costing for adherence to guidelines and work with sales to minimize exceptions.
• Work with the development team on cost break down sheets.

Qualifications

We seek people with these qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• 1-3 years’ experience in retail costing or pricing preferred
• Retail Math, SAP, strong Excel experience preferred
