Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for our global cryptocurrency brokerage and asset management businesses.

From managing social media accounts and creating engaging content to executing paid advertising campaigns, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, be a creative thinker, and be obsessed with building brands.

Requirements

What you’ll do:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and paid search (not including SEO)
• Develop, implement and manage our digital marketing strategy, tactics and calendar
• Measure and on the performance of all digital marketing activity using analytics tools
• Work with our graphic designer to produce educational and entertaining content
• Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• End-to-end management of weekly email newsletters and other email product launches
• Represent marketing on cross-functional strategic projects
• Contribute to the overall marketing strategy

A bit about you:

• Experienced with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other social media best practices
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics with the ability to use data to contribute to campaign optimisation
• Excellent copywriting skills with strong attention to detail for spelling, grammar, punctuation and tone
• A keen eye for design
• Demonstrable understanding of what will drive engagement and conversion
• Great interpersonal and communication skills

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing and/or digital marketing
• 3+ years of experience in a social media management or digital marketing role
• Intermediate knowledge of the crypto landscape and blockchain technology
• Proficiency in Adobe suite, Canva, or Figma will be highly regarded
