The job will require a person to be able to independently look after turning over rental properties to get ready for next geusts with some flexibility what days and time it can be done on the off season but busy season is same day turn overs.

So members must be punctual, good at communicating and reliable. Having your own transportation is an asset but not a must. We will provide bonuses for completing a season, contracts and all obligations in given terms.

A person must take pride in their work and love to pay attention to detail and follow instructions and be a team player and good at customer relations. Howeer many times we work alone and or in teams. A perk is you are allowed to wear headphones and listen to music or audio books well working. So could be a great job for a perdon studying for school. We also have many contracts for anyone qualified wanting part time work even just a consistent pay and job a week or month to help add to their income.
