We have an opening for a Customer Service Rep to assist our customers place their cake orders on the phone. Communication is key with a friendly and patient manner as many questions need to be asked when our customers order. You must be organized and attentive to detail when using our order system. Full training will be done for the ideal candidate. Above average hourly wages with benefits after 3 months. Occasional Saturdays for customer pick up will also be on your schedule.
