We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our growing team. The Machine Operator is responsible for the operation of machines used in the fabrication, assembly, layout and framing of products in all lines. The Machine Operator will troubleshoot issues causing failures, drive continuous improvement of the production and maintenance operating, elevate issues impeding optimum performance.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidates must have:
High School diploma or equivalent

Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication skills

Residential construction knowledge and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings

Ability to operate hand and power tool

Knowledge of imperial and metric measurement systems

Ability to adapt to a changing environment

Strong ability to work in a solutions-oriented environment

Must have a valid driver’s license, and regular access to a vehicle
