Receiver (Onsite)
Caframo is recruiting for the role of Receiver to join the Supply Chain Team. We’re looking for someone who is excited about growth within Supply Chain and has experience with computers and handling inbound and outbound shipments. Key responsibilities are defined below:
Ensure products and components are unloaded, received, and stored in an efficient, timely, and safe manner.
Ensure outbound shipments are loaded accurately and promptly.
Monitor incoming production materials and ensure they meet Caframo’s expectations, non-production materials and services are appropriately dispositioned, and information systems are updated accordingly.
Keep updated on product movement between multiple warehouses.
Work with stakeholders to resolve shipping issues as required.
Weekly travel to and from the Owen Sound warehouse. Mileage will be reimbursed.
Other tasks as assigned.
What you bring:
Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years’ manufacturing experience. 1-2 years of material handling or receiving experience an asset. We will train the right candidate.
Ability to multitask.
Analytical approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting issues
Organized, self-motivated/self-starter with the ability to meet stringent deadlines, plan and effectively prioritize work.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy for Epicor entry and documentation.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Internet).
Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary during any shift schedule.
Willingness to learn and accept new responsibilities to support the team.
Skills considered assets:
Experience in inventory and/or quality control an asset.
Forklift/Lift Truck License and experience an asset. Will train.
Compensation: $47,000 – $57,000 annually, inclusive of full benefits after 3 months.
