Senior Recruitment Consultant

CAE Parc Aviation are now seeking the expertise of a skilled Senior Recruiter based ideally in Malaysia/Philippines. The successful candidate will work closely with the Resourcing team, sourcing talent across EMEA, the Americas and Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with sourcing preferably within the Aviation/Engineering sectors.

As part of the CAE Group, you will be joining the world’s leading aviation training, simulator manufacturing and resourcing organisation employing over 9,000 professionals in 160 sites and centres in 35 countries.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be directly responsible for:

• Proactively source candidates

• Contribute and develop sourcing plans and content, continuously striving to improve social media presence

• Create imaginative and compelling job offers for job seekers

• Develop and manage targeted recruitment drives based on current project needs

• Develop talent pools per future sales plans, ahead of immediate requirements

• Actively support administrative procedures of Client screening process

• Screen all applicants for relevant candidates

• Collate and process documentation

• Present candidates to Client, and make hiring recommendations

• Partner with other members of the recruitment team to ensure best practice in sharing active job seekers, process improvements and consistency of approach

Candidate Requirements

• Proven track record of 3+ years of related recruiting experience, identifying, sourcing, screening, interviewing.

• BA/BS diploma in business administration, human resources, marketing, or related discipline preferred.

• Aviation/Engineering recruitment experience preferred.

• Excellent oral/written communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to meet standard measurements of success for staffing such as: attainment against annual hiring plans, future planning, and cost/time to hire standards

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Knowledge of Bullhorn system preferable
