Associate Recruitment Specialist – Fully Flexible

CAE Parc Aviation, a global industry leader in Flight Crew Recruitment, is looking for an Associate Recruiter to join their Global Aviation recruitment team!

We are looking for new team members to join our regional Asia Pacific team, ideally you will be based in Brisbane Australia, but we are open to a variety of options.

Ideally you will have experience in either recruitment, call centres or customer service, but it is your passion for Aviation that will secure this opportunity. As you will be involved directly with the aviation industry experience in this area would be a distinct advantage.

As an associate recruiter with CAE Parc Aviation no day will look the same and you will be directly involved in the recruitment of aviation personnel across the company’s broad portfolio of clients.

Excellent communication skills are a must for this position, where you will be involved in the entire recruitment life cycle from candidate engagement to on-boarding. Attention to detail and experience using databases, customer relationship management (CRM) software or recruitment software will also support you in this role.

Day to day you will be involved in:

• Screening CV’s and Applications
• Organising interviews
• Communicating with candidates via email, SMS, Video
• Managing and Checking documentation required to meet regulatory requirements
• Posting Job adverts on social media and recruitment sites

The skills we are looking for are:

• Ideally12 months plus experience in Recruitment (Internal/Agency) preferred
• Aviation Experience – Customer Service/Cabin Crew/Ground Staff/Pilot or similar
• Ability to prioritise and work on multiple projects at a time, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with global customers and candidates
• Experience working in a regulated environment with a strong focus on results
• Experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, and social media/networking sites
• Prior experience working with CRM/ applicant tracking systems
