We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team! As a TA Manager, you will be entrusted with discovering top talent, building a strong employment brand, recruitment, and retention strategy, and ensuring great relationships with both candidates and employees. A successful candidate should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department leadership to determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts.
• Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent acquisition strategy and hiring plans required to achieve business goals.
• Lead employment branding initiatives.
• Perform sourcing to fill open salary positions, anticipate future needs and manage full life cycle of recruitment.
• Research and assist in the development of training programs that focus on best practices for hiring managers.
• Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Assist in employee retention and development plans.
• Determine recruitment KPIs and use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
• Create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity, and competitive advantage.
• Conduct presentations and training.
• Assist hiring managers with the recruitment of full-time and part-time hourly staff.
• Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Use and maintain the Applicant Tracking System and other recruitment tools.

Education and Experience:

• BSc/BA in business administration, human resources, or relevant field and proven experience as a talent acquisition manager
• Recent experience recruiting in multiple discipline areas and levels, including hiring for nonexempt, exempt and leadership positions.
• Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation skills.
• Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various employment reports.
• Experience in all areas of sourcing such as the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, as well as conducting open houses and virtual job fairs.
• Current SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.
• Experience in full cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding and willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases. Lever ATS experience a plus.
• Experience with Predictive Index a plus.
• Excellent communicator, well-organized and detailed oriented.
