CADO is Looking for Private Equity Wholesaler Full Time

Job description

• Educate and service Investment advisors regarding investment products in Ontario.
• Raise capital pursuant to the Offerings
• Manage assigned territory to attain sales goals – travel is required
• Conduct consultative, relationship-building sales calls with IIROC and EMD investment advisers and other licensed professionals
• Develop and execute sales plan strategies with members of both external and internal sales teams
• Articulate fund objectives, discuss financial markets and portfolio strategies
• Identify sales opportunities and advisor needs, cross-sell ideas and introduce new concepts
• Analyze regional/product sales trends within participating broker/dealer firms and among individual investment advisers
• Work with various departments/individuals within the organization to provide “Best in Class” service to our investment advisers.
• Handle daily administrative tasks relating to our contact management system to ensure maximum business efficiency
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in financial services sales as an outside wholesaler
• Thorough understanding of the financial/capital markets including alternative investment sales, mutual funds, group and individual retirement plan products, separately managed accounts, hedge funds, private equity and other investment vehicles
