Cornerstone Automotive Group has an opening for a permanent full-time position for a conscientious, energetic, and professional individual to become a Finance Manager at our Cadillac Beverly Hills location.

Finance Manager plays an integral role in the customer experience during the sales cycle. They are viewed as an expert in offering financing options, vehicle protection products, and personal coverage relating to the ownership of the vehicle. They work as part of a sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience that structures deals that will maximize profits while balancing customer satisfaction. The position is responsible to ensure all legalities and paperwork for all vehicle purchases and exchanges are completed and ensure all communications between the salesperson and the customer are complete prior to the delivery to the customer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as finance manager
• Ability to follow contracts through funding
• Dynamic self-starter, detail-focused, extremely well organized with excellent time management skills
• A strong desire and ability to outperform goals and objectives
• Personable, courteous, and outgoing nature & strong work ethic
• Exceptional customer service and satisfaction characteristics
• Strong financial skills
• Solid command of the English language and strong communication skills – a second language beneficial
• Good computer and typing skills
• Broad understanding of automotive terminology
