Requirements:

• Experience in a leadership role in the Development or tech team of a large or scaling tech company.
• Experienced in Agile and able to adapt quickly and comfortably to changes.
• Proactive problem solver.
• Strategic and Future focus.
• Abreast of the latest applicable tech.
• Experience with Online or eCommerce companies is a distinct advantage.
• Experience in C#, .NET and AWS is an advantage, but not essential.

The Role:

• Strategically contribute to the vision of the business (‘To Enhance Online Career Management’)
• Take this vision and work backwards to lead the activities of Agile teams.
• Ensure that the right people, processes, and checks are in place to deliver on the vision.
• Proactively identify and solve problems.
• Oversee people management and ensure Personal Development Plans are in place for engineers and other staff.
• Contribute to the success of the UK Engineering Team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £100,000.00-£120,000.00 per year
