Location: Hybrid working (office base Central London or Slough with 1 day per week in Ansty, Coventry)

Salary: £26,661 – £31,365 depending on skills and experience (+ London weighting if appropriate)

The Opportunity
As a HR Advisor – Talent Acquisition, you’ll join our internal Talent Acquisition team helping to deliver a first class recruitment service to the whole of Cadent. Working in collaboration with an administration partner you will cover the London Network and other supporting departments using your expertise to develop strong recruitment plans and innovating with the leadership to find new ways of attracting the right people to work for Cadent.
Working in collaboration with the wider My People Services team to implement a value-added HR function, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide exceptional candidate care at every stage.

This role will also involve travel within the network and be based from our brand new HQ in Ansty, Coventry a couple of times per week, therefore a driving licence is essential for the role.
