Location: Hybrid working (office base Central London or Slough with 1 day per week in Ansty, Coventry)

Salary: £26,661 – £31,365 depending on skills and experience (+ London weighting if appropriate)

The Opportunity

As a HR Advisor – Talent Acquisition, you’ll join our internal Talent Acquisition team helping to deliver a first class recruitment service to the whole of Cadent. Working in collaboration with an administration partner you will cover the London Network and other supporting departments using your expertise to develop strong recruitment plans and innovating with the leadership to find new ways of attracting the right people to work for Cadent.

Working in collaboration with the wider My People Services team to implement a value-added HR function, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide exceptional candidate care at every stage.

Key accountabilities of our HR Advisor – Talent Acquisition will also include:

• Headhunting talent across multiple platforms, this will include social media platforms and job boards, networking within the industry to build the talent pipeline
• Taking briefs from hiring managers for their current vacancies and using your expertise and market insight to challenge where necessary, create a role marketing plan with the Life Cycle administrators Working across Multiple Social media platforms
• Screening candidates to produce shortlists
• Providing exceptional candidate care at every stage of the process
• Working with the Centre Of Expertise to deliver Talent related projects such as employer brand, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives in-order to support Cadent’s Positive action objectives
• Working with stakeholders to understand talent requirements and focus ensuring workforce plans are in place keeping talent gaps to a minimum
• Running large scale campaigns this will include Talent Pool Sifting, Talent Pool Administration and Researching
• Advising and coaching managers on recruitment and selection methods
• Working to proactively source talent pools for roles and continually engage passive candidates both internally and externally
• Managing recruitment campaigns and partner managers on the tools available
• Providing exceptional candidate care at every stage of the process including feedback to all candidates who spend time with us within interview stages

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for individuals who hold the following skills and experience:

• Proven recruitment experience in Talent / Recruitment
• Ability to embrace and drive change
• Effective prioritisation & time management
• Ability to build and establish effective relationships
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
• Confident & skilled communicator (verbal & written)
• Customer service orientated
• Good attention to detail
• Planning and organisational skills
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• Ideally you’ll hold or be working towards CIPD level 5

This role will also involve travel within the network and be based from our brand new HQ in Ansty, Coventry a couple of times per week, therefore a driving licence is essential for the role.
