Job Description of the Logistics Accounting Admin:
Logistics Accounting Clerk is responsible for daily administration, accounting, and logistics functions for the company. Understanding of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks is a must.

Job Responsibilities of the Logistics Accounting Admin:

• Work with vendors, logistics, and corporate industries to coordinate successful shipping/receiving
• Verifying rates and amounts
• Data entry/preparing documents
• Receive payments
• Bill customers – match Pos
• Help answer telephone
• Respond to payment inquiries
• Month End balancing

Requirements of the Logistics Accounting Admin:

• High School Diploma required, college degree preferred
• QuickBooks knowledge
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Experience handling payroll
• Knowledge of multi-line phone system
• Knowledge of A/R
• Experience with transportation/logistics
• Highly motivated
• Punctual and dependable
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Great attention to detail
• Superior communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines
