What You’ll Get to Do :

• Conduct pre-shipment inventories, prepare shipment and accountability documents; monitor shipment coordination.
• Analyze and evaluate new and conceptual designs to determine logistical support requirements; study the relative supportability of alternative concepts.
• Assist in the design, development, and review of the Technical Manual for new and modified systems. Plan, develop, and execute the most effective and efficient methods to provide logistical support for fielding and upgrading systems.
• Participate in planning and policy development issues.
• Participate in establishing short- and long-term logistics objectives to sustain systems throughout their lifecycle from conceptual stage through the de-fielding of systems, consistent with organizational strategy.
• Coordinate with the Major Commands and their subordinate units to develop a Fielding Schedule that meets the goals of the program while supporting the unit’s availability.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications :

• Possess a Top Secret / SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of 3 years of experience planning, developing, and executing logistic program activities from conceptual stage through life cycle of a product in the DoD environment.
• Demonstrate excellent technical expertise, be highly self-directed and motivated, and collaborate respectfully with teammates, always keeping user mission first.
• Experience providing rapid capability for urgent operational needs such as in contingency or quick reaction capability operational requirements.
• Experience providing executive-level communications to senior leadership.
• Experience with and understanding of the Military Work Order (MWO) Process
