Cachet Rehabilitation Group (Markham location) Hiring for Part Time Receptionist at Markham, ON Full Time

We are an established multidisciplinary clinic centrally located in Markham at Woodbine & 16th Ave. Our clinic offers physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, acupuncture and custom made orthotics. We are looking for an energetic, proactive, individual who can problem-solve and work independently. You duties will involve booking patients, handling inquiries, filing charts, light clean-up during and at the end of each shift.

The candidate must have great interpersonal skills. Dealing with phone and walk-in inquiries in a comfortable and confident manner is a must. The ability to drive/travel to the clinic independently is helpful. The candidate must be fluent in Cantonese and/or mandarin.

Qualification:

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required

– Ability to multi-task

– Fluent in English, Cantonese/Mandarin

– Flexible in hours

– Friendly and cheerful personality

– Experience in health care setting and/or knowledge is an asset

– Students are welcomed

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Night shift

All staffs, therapists and patients are required to wear mask at all time in the clinic and during their treatment. All patients are screened before entering the clinic.

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• Cantonese and/or Mandarin (required)
