About the role
The Recruitment Advisor provides specialist advice and support to hiring managers for the recruitment of staff, with the objective of sourcing and hiring talent efficiently and effectively. Partnering with the Hiring Managers in contemporary and best practice for recruitment, particularly candidate assessment and selection and the importance of the candidate experience.
You will develop and maintain professional relationships with hiring managers, group directors and directors within an allocated business portfolio. Provide managers with support using our Workday recruitment module.
Provide advice to hiring managers about strategic sourcing methods specific to their department and positions and undertake the sourcing of candidates. In collaboration with the Talent and Marketing teams, review and update the Cabrini Careers webpage, LinkedIn pages and other relevant candidate sourcing platforms to maintain appeal to candidates.
What you will bring
ESSENTIAL
  • A strong end-to-end recruitment skillset, including candidate attraction, sourcing, assessment, and selection competencies.
  • Demonstrated experience using a recruitment ATS (Attraction Tracking System), ideally Workday, SAP, or Mercury.
  • Exceptional customer service approach to the hiring manager and candidates.
Experience
  • Experience working in an internal or agency recruitment team, with strong knowledge of contemporary candidate sourcing strategies within a variety of industries (healthcare desirable) both locally and internationally.
  • Demonstrated experience providing hiring managers with recruitment advice about advertising and sourcing options, as well as the ability to write professional targeted and persuasive job advertisements.
  • Experience using and developing recruitment and selection resources, such as behavioural interview guides.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and Hiring Managers to confront problems and reach an appropriate solution for the business.
  • A detailed understanding of recruitment systems and digital sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn recruiter, SEEK, Indeed, and webpages.
  • Ability to understand external recruitment agency terms of business and contracts.
  • Expert knowledge of contemporary and best practice attraction, sourcing, assessment, and selection methods.
  • Detailed knowledge of a broad range of contemporary, best practice recruitment processes within an internal or external environment.
