Things you should know:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support in the recruitment of open positions for Group & Corporate Functions across the business. This role will provide a high level of service to internal and external customers and ensure a positive experience for all candidates.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle across a variety of roles and levels of seniority ensuring we are attracting the desired quality of candidate
• Use a range of techniques including direct advertising, social media, headhunting and recruitment agencies to attract high calibre candidates
• Pre interview screening candidates to assess suitability
• Development and facilitation of assessment centres
• Coordinate interviews, ensuring candidates are appropriately briefed, rooms are booked and Reception is made aware of visitors
• Contribute to Talent projects such as supporting with partnership / employer brand opportunities
• Support with the development and execution of a recruitment social media plan and design engaging recruitment communications in collaboration with the Communications team to ensure we are regularly showcasing our culture and employer brand
• Learn the content management system for the website and ensure content and vacancies are regularly updated
• Support with developing recruitment materials for the Group, such as interview templates, assessment centre materials and candidate packs, ensuring they are regularly updated and fit for purpose
• Reporting on recruitment data and metrics

Things we need from you:

• Experience in either an Internal Recruitment or Recruitment Consultant role
• Experience in recruiting technical roles in IT, Finance, Legal / Compliance, HR and Analytics highly desirable
• Experience of interviewing / pre-screening candidates and demonstrating good judgement on which candidates are suitable for open positions
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with people at all levels
• Strong organizational skills
• Proactive, resilient and solutions focused with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Experience of working to targets and deadlines
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Experience in recruitment marketing, including designing content for social media, videos and careers websites highly desirable
