The Role

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced full time Store Manager to join Cable Melbourne in our beautiful new Albert Park store!

Responsibilities will include:

• Manage all aspects of running the store
• Lead, coach and develop the team
• Provide an exceptional customer experience, through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customers
• Demonstrating strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
• Drive sales and ensure the achievement of all KPI’s as set by the company
• Create an inspirational, supportive, and informative environment for your team
• Implement promotional & visual merchandising initiatives as directed by our VM team
• Ensure store operations and retail standards are implemented and maintained
• Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards
• Be an advocate of health and safety in the workplace
• Show initiative and be a great team player
