Placing outbound calls to Travel Suppliers for Travel Agents

Provide Travel Clients with necessary travel requirements based on current Covid and travel protocols

Invoicing travel files for Travel Agents

Attaching and verifying supplier invoices to travel files

• Support Travel Agents with Accounting adjustments such as invoice verification
• Providing payment to Travel Suppler based on Travel Agent requirements

You will provide knowledgeable, effective, and efficient customer service to clients in person or on the phone, offering insurance advice, processing policy changes and/or enteriing changes into our insurance computer system.

You have retail or sales insurance experience, or a willingness to learn.

Having a current OTL or RIBO license an asset.

Training will be provided to those successful candidates who do not have an OTL or RIBO license.

You have excellent communciation skills.

You have obtained post-secondary education.
