C2 Studios is Looking for Customer Service Assistant for Photo Studio Full Time

Customer service, Photo and Order Entry for Photography Studio.

Photo Processing Assistant needed on April 25th from 10am until 8pm

Duties include:

-directing clients/students in an informative and polite manner
-entering/transcribing client information into files for orders
-transferring of files and images
-sorting photos before print
-assisting in other duties to prepare clients and assist photographers

Job Type / Category

Client service and photography assistant needed ON SITE for graduation event on April 25th from 10am until 8pm. Customer service and information processing and data entry on site for the day; Photos to be taken on location at the school in Montreal, processing of photos and orders to follow. IMPORTANT: If you are not available to be on-site in person for this date, please do not apply.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Must be punctual, professional and have experience with digital photography files, equipment and programs; taking direction and working in a team. Must be proficient on a PC in Excel and Word. Knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom an asset.

-3 years or more of data entry and customer service experience

-professional and fast

-bilingual (French/English) both spoken and written

We are a full service studio that provides both location and event photography in and around the Montreal area.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $15 /hour

Contract length: Must be available for April 25th 2023 from 10am to 8pm in person; ongoing additional processing days in between events will be scheduled starting at 5 hours per week.
