C Technical Services Hiring for Entry Level Pharmacy Tech – % Work from home at Tampa, FL Full Time

C4 is looking for people with exceptional computer skills to join our team.

The right person will have experience using dual monitors and experience working in multiple programs at one time.

Position Title: Entry Level Pharmacy Technician.

Position Overview:

Review criteria to determine if the request can be approved

Accurately enter Prior Authorization in claims system to ensure appropriate claims will adjudicate

Provide clinical outcome to the member and the member’s physician within client specific turnaround times

Research and respond to calls and emails

Perform outreach to pharmacies and physician’s offices to obtain all necessary information related to requests, including occasional member assistance

Training Overview: 4 weeks paid training – This is DISTANCE LEARNING – trainees will be interacting with instructors and peers via video and chat applications. Two weeks of audits, and potentially two additional weeks for audits if needed. There will be support from trainers and senior employees, but a self-motivated self-driven person is needed in this role to be successful.

Performance Metrics will be used to track your progress and your success.

Pay: $18.00 PER HOUR – 6-month Temp to Hire

Candidates must have:

• Quality internet service
• Private office space at home
• Excellent Computer skills (Test required)
• A very quiet uninterrupted household setting during work shifts. Due to the fact you will be working with medical staff and patients’ noisy households and multi-tasking on items outside of work of any kind will not be allowed.

Training Hours: ***Hours of training will not be their working hours***

8am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday CST

Core business hours: 7am – 7pm CST, Candidates will be assigned a permanent work shift after training is completed. This work shift could include 1 weekend day. Be sure to ask your C4 recruiter about this. You must be available to work weekends and overtime as required.

Technology Requirements:

Candidate will utilize multiple different systems– dual monitors, toggling between screens.

Systems that are utilized include Cover My Meds, RX Claims, BET Website (Benefits Editor Tool), Right Fax, WebEx, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
