Office Assistant, Investment Firm, Tampa, Florida
A successful boutique investment firm based in Tampa, Florida is looking for an Office Assistant to handle all things administrative in the office as well as help when needed some of the key executives.
This is an in-person position with the ideal candidate having at least 3 years of office management experience.
About the Job :
Be the go to / point of contact in the office for all logistics / needs for an office of approximately 20 employees
Be the liaison for all external vendors / services including technology
Support office visitors, answer phones as needed
Coordinate office meetings, set up conference rooms
Coordinate and schedule internal team meetings / team building meetings including catering and any set-up
Update and maintain CRM system
Assist with creating / editing PowerPoint presentations
Order supplies; handle mail and Fedex,
Spearhead annual gifts for clients
Assist executives in the office on an ad hoc as needed
Expense ing
Coordinate deliveries, service maintenance needs
Ad hoc projects
In person / 5 days / week
Base Salary plus discretionary bonus; 100% medical paid by employer
About You :
3-7 years of experience as an Office Manager / Office Assistant / Executive Administrative Assistant in the financial services space
Bachelors’ Degree required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications;
Strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail; strong project management skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team player mentality
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving
A positive, can do attitude
